Would it be possible to have this changed some so that the drop times are more consistent? Sometimes I'll spend a few seconds dropping down to the rift before I hit my desired plane, and other times it takes several minutes.

In a perfect world this would be instant, but I don't expect that to happen, as nice as it would be. But having the times be more consistent would be a fantastic change.
