Could we get some insight in to how 1604 works on weighted weapons please?
it seems to remove some of the weighting for the purposes of blessing a weapon, if i'm seeing it correctly, making it "easier" for the cleric to bless or voln bless, but...
are there lore requirements to cast on certain amounts of weighting?
do certain lores make 1604 more effective on weighted weapons before a bless?
Can 1604 effectively "remove" the weighting from a weapon for the blessing calculation with enough lores?
does the 10 blessings ranks doubling the duration apply to both weighted and non-weighted weapons?
Am i misunderstanding how this works completely?

BEFORE I added my greater void flares to my katana, it was still being seen as heavy critted when assessed via a warrior. However; I did note that the plasma flare effect was added to it (nowhere near as strong the greater flare).

I know that much anyway. Oddly though, I still get it assessed as both heavy crit weighted and fairly crit weighted from the services
