It looks like the old elf in the Ta'Faendryl cottage has every single herb but haphip root sold in her shop. She will even tell you about it, but looks like it isn't available. Maybe there wasn't enough room on the table during some conversion or another and it was lost to the ether. I don't much expect this to get fixed, but if a GM gets around to it I would be much obliged.
