climbed to 1235 in the 80s or 90s. The extra rank is because it should be a break point for 1208 scaling on generic TD (every 2 levels over 8 is +1 MTD, so every 4 is generic. 36-8 = 28, divisible by 4. It might round, i honestly didn't check but I was originally planning on going all the way to 1248 but switched to 3xing dodge once i hit spell burst/rift intensive areas, i just happen to already be at 36 ranks and didn't ever mitigate it)

was THW w/ mongoose from 20 to around 40-50, original plan was a THW weapon user but I decided to go full on monk hard mode. Plus the lack of disarm protection of any kind really is just terrifying. Ambush training is a holdover from when I was aiming mauls shots to the head.

was 2x dodge until i was 80+ probably, always maintained a wizard spellup. Hacks. Picked up MoC after the, very appreciated, changes to make it work with UAC. Only had 10 ranks for a little FoF offset until then.

Had just 5 ranks of transform lore for a very long time, picked up the other 10 whenever the 15 ranks + natural monk scaling put me in brig equivalent 1202. With the level scaling since then I now have chain equivalent skin. Post cap goals is probably going to be something like 25-30 ranks of telep for the sheer fear protection on 1205 (because why not) and also will help mind over body, rest in transform. The losses to dragonclaw,brace,iron skin, etc. are negligible from 101 ranks to 70 ranks.

CMan priority was pself (and by extension pre-reqs) > krynch > punch mastery > feint > combat focus > kifocus > cdef > mobility with the last 5 points basically
kifocus was after it was changed during HSN. Feint was huge could probably be higher but you can get by with just 1207 but feint is still indispensable imo. Placed stats for cap, so the focus on perfect self above others made that a lot more palatable early.

7x fusion T5 robes (bought very early to make things less painful), only ever used logic orbs.
used 5x flaring gloves / boots since the first duskruin (disint), brought them to t3 (still use the boots)
7x gloves for undead (t4 or t5, i forget) (used on living and undead for a while just cause i enchanted them on my wizard so, i felt attached)
6x greater fire flaring gloves on living since the last major run of duskruin (t3)
7x (t2 i think) boots, also enchanted myself. pretty useless but makes me feel cool.

Since I'm so heavily phys to mental converted goals now are to finish 3xing dodge (because i'm so close), then PT to 3x because I'll be getting the extra physical points uncoverted so it should go quickly. Then probably MoC to the next breakpoint for another focused strike. I do want to pick up either THW again or try to do S&H/Ambush... because I have fancy THW weapons and am a ninja.

I think I've tried pretty much every different training path for monks. Though, that was in the 60-70's. I'm not sure how much more effective all the different training options would be now. I have a lot more TP's to use, so the non standard brawling option might be better at this point.

On the topic of 2 weapons. I totally get it. I did it for awhile in OTF, it was nice to have 10 strikes while duel wielding and using axes. between a 5 and 6 RT, depending on burst and surge. Having said that, it was impossible to hunt the rift that way. Brawling is pretty much the forced choice for Monks. With it you can hit absolutely everything. You might not be able to tier up against it, but you'll always be able to hit it. Add flares and mstrike, and it's a win.

Here is where Kiel is at right now. I have 4 ranks in charge, just to mitigate being flipped end over end from a charge in Nelimar. I'm working towards 1235 again, just 1 more thank till that gets there. The plan is to eventually get to 60 mental spell ranks and 40 ranks in spirit. The armor point is just from an item. The 1 rank in TWC I was told improves my chance to parry/disarm via Brace. I use the greater fire flaring gloves from DR most of the time. With 8x gauntlets for undead and demons. I have 4x t1 MDP robes, but between stats and 3x dodge, my DS is high enough that I could get away with no armor at all. I have a lot of enhancives, but a lot of times I just turn them all off, otherwise ALL I can do are guild tasks, just to pay for the recharging.

Why stop at 15 lore? Have you tried higher amounts post-HSN and decided its not worth it? Meditate puncture never gets good enough?

Also why not get the MOC for another swing yet?

Otherwise that looks like the way I'd push training for Nelemar but I am curious that you seem to have a rather lower priority on full MOC than I would and whether you have tested lore. (My feeling is that the increased benefits were nice for low training at low level but not good enough at cap, but I haven't tried it out)

Then punch vs kick mastery. Have you tried basing your brawl around kick post HSN? Pre HSN I reckoned punch was a no-brainer, but I'm leaning towards kick now particularly on mstrike, though without having seriously tried it out.

There's a DS bonus unlocked at 1 rank (and another at 0.5x) but I'm not sure that 1 rank unlocks the full parry chance or that it helps disarm at all (while lore training does help disarm quite a bit).

I have 135 ranks in moc and rank 3 in punch, and grapple, working on the 3rd for kick with only 2 now. rarely does anything survive one focused attack. having the ranks in pun/grap/kick really kick the moc into overdrive and almost always tiers me. combine that with krynch and a group it is quite nice.

to get the benefits of defense for twc I was told .5 +1. so if you are 80 you should have 41 ranks and I notice a lot of disarms. transformation lore I plan on getting back up to 75 but drove it down to the 30's to free up some other areas.

my main concern is td. so I've trained in focus to help that out and currently getting my robes ensorcelled to further help. only 20 ranks in ms and mm spells until post cap.

besides the td issue the only other thing that touches me is manuevers. cunning defense is currently at 2 ranks with plans on going to 5 post cap. I get hit but nothing I've not been able to survive so far.

would like to hunt with other monks to see differing strategies and such but we are few and far apart with only a handful around my lvl.
