This spell is a more powerful version of Spirit Warding I. Both spells may be used together for a stackable bonus.

+25 Bolt Defense Srength (DS)
+15 Spirit Target Defense (TD)

Training in Spiritual Lore, Blessings provides a chance to temporarily experience a +25 boost in a warding attempt. The chance of success is 1% at 10 lore ranks, and has a maximum of 12% at 186 lore ranks.

Is this possible chance of +25 on every cast? or just the first cast if your stacking the spells? or is it based on the attack against you and determined when your cast at? Also is there any messaging that makes you aware you are getting the higher boost?

It's a possible chance every time you're cast at, and yes, there's messaging.
