Heya,

So I was thinking "Why don't I use 403 all the time with water lore?" And I came to the conclusion that I don't use 403 all the time because it reduces exp on the lower end.

So it got me thinking... Why not make 403 have a version that protects the pick only? Sort of like 403 EVOKE. You get the damage protection but not the picking bonus. Random thoughts!

(Also lower it from 10 seed. :))
