When the refreshing energies are still active, the first strike gives an advantage to the adventurer. This manifests as a +10 to AS or DS or CS or TD or Manuever abilities!

I would like it if the training for this could be really high Lore based, like +1 per rank or per 3 ranks so you can wind up with a Spirit Strike effect or a one-strike Wiz Shield. A 3x cap Major Spirit caster with all the lore might get your spirit strike, making their services much more valuable based on their experience/training.
