Friends,

I went Premie again, and I know I have to wait 90 days to purchase a private home, but I had a question.

I'm a citizen of Teras, but I'd like a home in Wehnimer's Landing. Is this possible, or do you need to be a citizen of the city your home is in?

Citizenship doesn't matter when buying a home. You should be able to get one in the Landing no problem. (There's some neighborhoods with racial restrictions, but I think they're all in the EN.)

If the neighbourhood where you want a house is restricted, you can roll up a landlord alt that meets the restriction, and have them get the house instead of your main character.

I would be very interested to know where any vacant property can be found around The Landing.
