So, I've noticed EN gets alterations for their homes every now and then, twice so far that I've personally seen (but have been informed of others).

When do other towns get this? I'm feeling that this is a little one-sided with this type of thing since we all pay quite a bit for this subscription and its not really a mechanical benefit issue. Even if its once a year for each town, I would still like the chance to shift things inside.
