What if we could convert existing homes to rental homes via some distribution method? Be it auction, raffle, whatever.

Winners would have their existing home become a rental home and would have one storage item added to their home.

Rent would be nominal as the only thing you are really getting is limited storage space in your home.

Although I guess future raffles could include a customized item for the home that has scripted goodness for home owners or even adding rooms? Or not.

Assuming this suggestion is easier than rewriting the HOME code, since that is a nightmare no one wants to take on. What's more, it's a transition that can be done one at a time.

Two of my biggest annoyances in game is A)Premium homes would be so much better if you could actually have functioning furniture and B)If I had home storage, I could at least pass an item to an alt without having to out myself to anyone.
