1) Can home pets be altered? If not, can we make that a thing?

2) Can we please (I know the coding is a nightmare) at least maybe look into the size factor? We all have 1 room huts (even if you give it a fancy name) that states the size of the room and none of them are remotely impressive. If we have to live in strangely one-room locations can they at least be LARGE single rooms?
