While looking for a spot for a home in Mist Harbor recently, I found that there are none available except in the low rent districts.

We also noticed that in some spots there were eight homes, in some only six, but that 6 or 8, either one, resulted in the same unavailability.

Just wondering if there is a maximum number of homes per "room" - and if it is actually meant to be different in different "rooms."

Also, in one area there is a home with a nice facade, but no name attached to it - what does this indicate? There was no availability there, either.

If the area is truly full, is it possible that more space will be found in these neighborhoods anytime in the near future or that another neighborhood will materialize on the Isle of Four Winds?
