Hi! I played GS back in the day when it was on AOL (back during it's hey days) in the mid 90's. My character a bard named Liranne Shilawyr was part of the Amazons of Leya and I had a blast with this player formed guild. I'm glad to see the game still going strong! I feel old now. I am looking forward to playing again under the new system. I am enjoying how much more fleshed out the world is now! Good going, Simu!

A lot has changed, but it looks like you're excited about that (and I recommend that you should be)!

Definitely check gswiki. I would recommend checking the category with "New Player" guides. Despite the names, most of these are geared for new or returning players.
