Not really sure where to post this, I reactivated my account yesterday and it seems I missed the point where I was supposed to select my characters to reactivate. So now I have no access to any of my characters, only the option to make a new one. Is there some way to fix this without going through billing or email? I only ask because it is the weekend...

That's all handled through billing/email. But I can assure you that it'll be speedy once you get in touch with them! You can always make a character just to poke around, and then when you speak to billing, they can probably inactivate that slot if you want.
