It went by the name of "The Betrayal of Lorminstra" and was run in 1999. Essentially, Lorminstra was in trouble and the players running the quest would save her. It was our first attempt at a truly modular quest with randomized puzzles so each run of the event would be different.
The Lorminstra badges were the prize for successfully completing the quest, and include a number of fluff scripts and grant some deeds per month for the attuned wearer.
