I didn't load the apps thingy to look and see, so I'm not sure which positions you applied for. But if it's a Host position, I generally only review the applications when I'm getting close to the time I plan to bring in a new training class. So if there's no feedback or status change on the apps for extended periods of time that's perfectly normal.

Sometimes I'll look at apps in between if I have time and am in the mood. But it's generally better to do it near to the hiring time, even if it is rather time consuming to go through so many at once, because then everything is fresh in my mind when it comes to deciding who to set up interviews with.
