Okay, My idea is orange pumpkin armor. When shown or examined in armor form it looks like pieces of a broken pumpkin.Sit and pull a lever it turns into a Jack-O-latern, with the halfling or gnome inside like shell armor able to talk and see whats goin on in the room.So people would see a Jack-o-latern when they come into a room, it would talk to them. and then at some point, like when the humans get boring, break apart and stand up and walk away.
Would come in magic metal full plate or brig types(as all the pieces of a suit would be needed to complete the pumpkin) raffle abd auction types
could be enchanted or ensorceled.
