Low Endrolls are amazing, but I always get a chuckle too when these occur, with a d100 roll of 1...

You leap from hiding to attack!
You swing a drakar-edged skinning knife at a siren!

... and hit for 61 points of damage!
Blast to the siren's head destroys right eye!
Brain obliterated!
Disgusting, but painful only for a second.
The siren gives a plaintive wail before she slumps to her side and dies.
The brilliant luminescence fades from around a siren.
