So I hope this is the right place to post this, if not I apologize. I dont come on here often.

I got a letter from Sadie today saying my item was done, and to accept the price and it would get done. So I accepted and it said it would be back in 30 minutes. That was at 6am this morning, its 8:45pm now. The scroll said to do an assist to get it unstuck, but ive been 4th in line for 12 hours and was referred to the forums for help. Anyone know what I should do?
