I can't seem to find a better folder, so I'm leaving this here for now. Glad to post elsewhere if someone could direct me.

I would love to see a merchant that would transfer alterations from item X to item Y of the same type, e.g. pouch to pouch. I have a bunch of items with good alters but relatively poor bases. I envision this as being a fast-moving event because no changes would be made to the alteration. Would this be possible to arrange?
