Last night, while I was at Xerria, after the full room had been spun, I had something come up IRL and I had to log out and leave immediately. I was able to log back in, before the room had been completed. At this point, I had no expectation of still getting my unlock service for the month. I was quite thankful when she pointed at me and did unlock my item. I really appreciate the service, dedication, and all the time and effort, that Jainna invests for us premium subscribers. I had been on a hiatus from Gemstone of about 3 years, when I returned in February of 2015. Since then, I have been extremely happy with everything that has been going on, throughout the realm of Gemstone. And Mist Harbor/Premium services/events have been exemplary, fun, and even quite social. This is a shout of of thanks to her personally, and all the other folks behind the scenes who are making things happen, making it fun, and making it something I look forward to being a part of.
