Hey everyone, I know a lot of people have and will have questions about your PlayerShop. E-mailing or DMing me is not the best way to receive help. A lot of the tools and resources that need to be checked are only available in game. Unfortunately, I am but a dude who isn't always available and I do not want anyone to think I am ignoring you.
If you are experiencing something that appears to be a bug, please take a moment to write up a BUG report in game. It will give most the details needed and be assigned to the appropriate party.
TLDR: Please ASSIST in game for help with your shop. If you encounter a bug, please BUG it in game.
