morning all..

thinking of a new cman for specialized weapon metals. If the weapon was steel but enchanted to a certain level requirement, the skill would not apply. This would ONLY be for metals which naturally possess a certain enchant. If the weapon was further enchanted, the bonus would only remove as much as the natural enchant. The CMP cost can be adjusted for balance purposes.

Skill Name: Metal Specialization.
Mnemonic: metal
Hostile: No
Stamina Cost: None
Other Requirements: None
Available to: Warriors, Rogues, Rangers, Paladins.
Prerequisites:
None
CMP Cost:
Rank 1: (Squares) 5 (Semis) 8
Rank 2: (Squares) 10 (Semis) 16
Rank 3: (Squares) 15 (Semis) 24
Description: Reduces the required level to hold a specialized metal (golvern, vultite, adamantine, etc) by 5 for each rank.

Examples of skill in use:

A 10x mithril shield could be held by a warrior at level 20 with 1 rank in the skill.

An adamantine weapon could be held by a warrior with 3 ranks of the skill at level 35.
