1) Any chance we can allow our familiars to WHISPER to a target?

Can people also be allowed to whisper messages to a familiar that can be shared with the wizard?

2) Also, any chance we can have our familiars GIVE an item to a person vs. having to DROP the item in the room?

TELL FAM GIVE <item> TO <person>
