In order to assist our F2P users and to make sure their concerns are properly addressed a new area (category) on the forums has been created. This category and its sub-topics will allow F2P users and Staff an easier means of communication between the two since the F2P experience is different from our paid subscriber experience. Condensing the posts to a new area of the forums will allow the Staff gurus of various areas to more easily find information regarding the viewpoint of F2P users.
