There is a discussion on the 1110 talk page from 2012 that MMC does not affect Empathic Assault. T or F?

It's definitely a factor. It increases the damage of each wave by a seed 1 summation of (Mental Mana Control ranks / 2).

What do you mean by "increase the damage"? Critical? Health? Increase in warding margin?
