spell 207 purify air is not cumulative(stackable) when cast at others.
when cast at someone it lasts XX:XX amount of time.
when multi-cast x2 at someone it lasts double that amount.
x3 lasts triple.
Bug or no?

That is a bug and has now been fixed. You should not be able to multi-cast Purify Air (207) on others. Thanks for reporting it.
