Way to limit unrestricted custom phrases? 10/11/2017 11:44 PM CDT

If my warrior knows spell prep two phrases (let's call them PUNCH and JUDY) that both have no restrictions, there's no way to set it up so that he uses PUNCH for minor elemental and JUDY for minor spiritual. I'd really like to be able to do that.

Something like PREP PHRASE 1 LIMIT 400 to add a (temporary, character only) restriction that he'll only use phrase 1 for the 400 circle.

YES PLEASE! I asked for something like this back in February and got no traction.
