It appears that the ability to stalk someone immediately after hiding has been very recently removed.

Roundtime: 3 sec.
You attempt to blend with the surroundings and feel confident that no one has noticed your doing so.
>You'll need to wait 3 more seconds before you can make a proper attempt at stalking <person>.
Can we have this restored to allow stalking while still in hiding round time?
