It's a great feat of the designers to give a Square their own choice to use bolt spells, but let's be honest...this is the least used spell in the game right now? EVOKE it and you can get a mental reading of the contents of thoughts of foes in the room, thus giving a temporary boost to MOC of +5 for every critter in the room 60 seconds. CHANNEL it at a single target and get the foe to beat up on themselves under your command for a few seconds.
