Advanced - 1 Sec.
Forward - 2 Sec.
Neutral - 3 Sec.
Guarded - 3 Sec.
Defensive - 3 Sec.


The reason is that the 3 sec. cast RT is just as much of a delay as a hard RT for making a physical attack. If CHANNELING from offensive say then they are in a better position from the beginning by taking the risk of opening up, then they can use the 3 sec. to seize advantage in the battle.
