Soothing Word becomes a version of Calm for the critter when CHANNELED. This can be an attack not based on CS but more like Mass Calm. Soothing Word could be suited for the Monk by attempting to get the critter to kneel and meditate or even go to sleep. With high lore, more than one critter can be Soothed by one CHANNEL of Soothing Word.
