I can't seem to log in with one character through the web browser (Trying to access from work.)

This seems to be a bit of a recurring problem with the web browser. It's been stuck like this for a good while (few weeks?) at least, though I don't often try to log in from work.

Character - Talryssa, Platinum.

It's just stuck attempting to load. Other characters can log in.

This continues to be an issue for me. I've tried multiple browsers with no luck. It attempts to load to log in, and others say I'm logged in, but nothing happens on my end as far as a game screen.
