Bugged this in game but Striking Asp is not working with Quickstrike Mstrike, focused or open.

That is intentional - only single attack skills are buffed by Striking Asp.

I could be mistaken but I remember striking asp working on quickstriked mstrikes before. Thanks for the clarification.
