This was kinda weird, so I'm posting it here in addition to bugging it.

I picked up a Kitasune in Solhaven. They wanted a chrism and logged out to log in Darconas to get said chrism for Kitasune. While there, Darconas forgot his Song of Mana and died. I proceeded to UNLINK CONFIRM to break the link from Kitasune who was still logged out. I linked to Darconas and raised them. Darconas gave me another chrism and logged out to log in Kitasune again. When Kitasune logged back in I was still liked to them.

I did not try to break the link with Kitasune when they logged back in, so I have no idea what impact that might have had on the above.
