I'm having a duration issue with 314. 202 MIU ranks, 1200 base duration, 60 seconds per rank bonus, rub activator. Should give me 111 minutes and I got about about 71 instead. I'm pretty sure it was giving the expected results before.

It's pretty obviously a different duration from 215 and 211, which have the same base and per rank bonus - I should be getting the same per rub duration as those spells (and I'm pretty sure I was before), so something appears to have changed/broken.
