The following cleric titles are once again available to players: Celebrant, Theologian, and Soul Keeper. The first 2 just require the cleric be a member of the Cleric Guild and the latter just requires knowing up to the Preservation (305) spell.

In addition, the deity title suffix "of <deity>" will now also work on skill based titles. This applies to both clerics and paladins.
