So... I don't know if this has been suggested but can we add partial enchants (ie rounding up) to the list of things we can use PPs for? Be kind of awesome, imho. Like, maybe half the standard rate it would take to take it to the next full enchant (or a fraction, you know... because partial ranges from +1 to +4 under the next full enchant) while still charging the same amount for applicable surcharges?
