According to GS wiki, "... Bards have a base 50% chance + 1% per 3 spellsongs while non-Bards have a flat 33% chance for a reroll"

Would this be more clear to say THE SINGER has 50% chance +1% per 3 spellsongs while THOSE GROUPED WITH THE SINGER have a flat 33% chance for a reroll?

The case where it matters is where two bards are hunting together. If bard 1 sings 1006 and bard 2 does not, does bard 2 only have a flat 33% to reroll?
