Since I didn't see it here in this folder, I thought it'd be best to just ask.

Do spells from the Arcane circle that are invoked from scrolls count in the spell burst forumlae? Or are they like rubbing a small statue, does not count in the spell burst formalae.

How about the Rift? Will the Rift strip the Arcane circle when it is invoked from a scroll?

I didn't want to assume invoking would not change anything, especially in regards to the spell burst areas. Hoping someone can still confirm about the spell burst part.
