Is there a formula for figuring out how long it'll take to tend bleeders depending on how many ranks of FA you have? It seems like when I have a 2per arm bleeder it takes 3sec to tend but a 4per arm bleeder shoots up to 96sec.

I can't seem to find anything on Krakii or GSGuides.net.
