My rogue is wearing chain hauberk, and I want to get her MnE spell hindrance down to the minimum, which is 12%. According to the chart, I need 130 ranks of armor use to attain this.
Right now, I have 110 ranks, and have a hindrance of 24%. She isn't likely to get that before cap (she's level 96.5 now). Approximately how much will the spell hindrance drop per rank of additional skill at this point?
I want the data because I also have to factor in what other skills I want to emphasize, and divvy up her current accumulated TPs appropriately.

20 ranks short, 12% high, approximately half a point. (My recollection from when I got into AsG 15 with only the physical training is that hindrance dropped gradually as I added ranks).
There's an overtraining level on hauberk to be had at 120 ranks, which makes that a possible intermediate goal, but I don't think there are other obvious stopping points.

If you've got two different Fusion pieces, I note that there is both a +11 bonus and a +10 bonus orb on PlayerShops right now, so two million coins will get you there in a moment.
If you use 1HEdged, there's a scimitar--sure, it's a crappy weapon type, but at your level there's a good chance you're using aimed shots, anyhow--that is also +10 bonus, so you could do it with only a single Fusion item.

Armor enhancives are really rare. If they weren't, I would have bought a bunch and gone for 330 armor ranks, just to see if I could tell the difference. But they're very rare at the high end, and there are other priorities.

Warriors can 3x armor, hence the goal of 330 for minimum hindrance for MnE and last AP reduction

Yeah, I forgot about the triple-train. <duck> It's been a while since I played any of my Warriors.
