Was reading up on the wiki and forums and I didn't see a clear answer to this so I'm asking it here:

So if I am correct...
If you wear HCP base armor and put on ranger fire resists on your base armor, no padding halving occurs.

So what if....
You wear HCP base armor and put on permanent puncture resist/cold resist leg greaves? Will padding be halved? Or vice versa, put resistance on base armor and wear HCP padded accessories?
