I have a very quick question about Voln Armor. Can it be padded via premium points and if so what is the additional cost past the level of enchant?

It would have a 600 point surcharge for a non-fluff script assuming the Voln armor restrictions do not apply to premium point work.

It's much much much worse than that. For every ability on the voln armor, it is treated as if it were permanent abilities. For example, the padding, fear resistance, fear resistance #2, enchant flare, other abilities all count towards the surcharge. In the end, the surcharge is insane.

This is correct. So take my 8x T4 plate. It can flare with up to half the enchant bonus (+37) so +18 (or +19) points of padding. For the purposes of PPs, it should be treated as always having +18 crit padding.
