Would there be any consideration to reducing the RTs by half for any alchemy command (boil, simmer, infuse, channel, extract, distill, chant)? Extract and distill drive me nuts, but it'd nice to reduce the others as well. (I can live with channel not being reduced, given you need time to regain spirit anyway.)
