Is it only found while skinning? I vaguely recall (and maybe misremember) finding more caederine while skinning in the rift

My youngsters usually do their early levelling in Solhaven (wizard up to 19 now), and don't think I've seen any ambergris on him... maybe 1-2 on my ranger.

I asked about kappas to follow the 'realism' angle: it seemed reasonable. Ambergris comes from whales; kappas are... blubbery, and look somewhat whale-ish/sea lion-ish.
