Evening Elanthia,

The Order of the Sphere and Scythe is at it again...we have many wonderful events coming up in the New Year.

First off to end the Year of 2017, The Order of the Sphere and Scythe is joining up with Guardians of Elanthia for Blessings of the Newborn: Divination and the Young.

This event will be held in the Landing at Wellington Home for Orphans on the 22nd of December at 7pm eastern.

Details: The Order will bestow knowledge and insight upon the youth by telling a story of the Dachres. By using symbols of the Dachres the Order will be able to inform the youth of divination practices used by many Seers throughout Elanthia.


Beginning in the New Year, we will have our PERMANENT Spellup events twice a month. TWISTED MAGIC will be housed in the Landing Small Park on the second Tuesday of every month at 12pm est and newly added will be the new TANGLED ILLUSIONS on the fourth Tuesday of every month in Ta'Vaalor at Kings Court at 12pm est. So please everyone come enjoy refreshments and conversation while you get defensive spells.

The Order will be wrapping up our Sacred Pilgrimages this year come March. Our last stop will be in Zul Logoth to pay our respects to all the Arkati and lesser spirits who have blessed Elanthia over the years.

Next pilgrimage will be January 20th at 6pm est in Ta'Vaalor where we will get to hear Leyann, from House Sovyn, speak about the spirit Leya. Everyone will meet promptly in Ta'Vaalor Town Commons.

The Order has thought long and hard about our mission and goals in Elanthia and what we could bring to you guys in the New Year.

So keeping in line with our second goal of preserving history in Elanthia and tieing that in with Divination we are bringing in a whole new lecture series. This series will concentrate on the many different forms of divination practices used by Seers from the Smoke readings to the hidden secrets of the Prophecy Mask.

Each month we will feature a method used by Seers. We will give a brief lecture on the history of the method as well as provide a demonstration of the tool used.

Kicking off this series we invited The Order of the Shadows very own Lylia to give a brief lecture on the new Faendryl method released along with an Igaeshian Reading for our Order. Details on event below:

One last thing before I take my leave for the evening, the Order has a huge event planned for May of this year. But you'll have to stay tuned to find out.
