Co-hosting a Ki'lin Hunt? 05/17/2015 09:22 AM CDT
Hello,

Beacon Hall is interested to run a ki'lin hunt in the Monastery around the Landing some time in August.

I heard he Black Wolves may be interested in co-hosting the event with us.

These are rare creatures rarely seen, but evidently summoned under some unusual circumstances. Most player reports (of which there are few) claim that a large group is better. You can check the wiki for basic details: https://gswiki.play.net/mediawiki/index.php/Ki-lin

Depending which area of the Monastery we go, it can either be late 20s or early 40s hunting. We can always split into two groups if necessary, though we should be sure each group has a skilled skinner with them, in case we get lucky.

Post here or shoot me an email to my play.net account if this sounds like fun!

Yeah, probably!

I put up a tentative calendar item on the bha wiki already, but of course details remain to be fixed: http://www.cns.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~daid/bha/index.php?Calendar

And here's a recent thread I made on the more general topic: http://forums.play.net/forums/GemStone%20IV/Hunting%20and%20Combat/General%20Discussion%20about%20H&C/thread/1714937
