The Alliance of High Elven Society would like to invite all of elven or sylvan heritage, including half-elves, to join us on Restday, the 26th of Fashonas at 4pm (Sunday, February 26), as we open our membership rosters to those who wish to join, or at least glean some information about who we are and what we do. As an added bonus, we will be holding a raffle for a 6x trollbane eahnor lance with a unique design and greater mood messaging following the event.

a tall fiery red eahnor sarissa
Twice the height of the average elf, the slender sarissa blends seamlessly from its fireleaf haft to its eahnor head about two-thirds of the way toward the point, the flaming red hue of the two materials matched perfectly. Eahnor plating shaped into licking flames are curved around the shaft and accented in gold leaf and faceted crimson blazestar, causing the weapon to seem to burn with an inner fire. You see nothing unusual, except for a small enchanter's glyph.

It has a bonus of +28 from a normal sarissa, and the way it vibrates in tune with your voice tells you that it requires skill in polearms to use effectively. This red eahnor sarissa seems to be the bane of trolls.

Greater Armor and Weapon Moods:
This item contains mood messaging depending on flare type, and has a chance to fire off ambient messaging every so often. It will also work for things like bless, elemental edge, and guiding light flares.
When getting the custom settings altered, it works just like getting an EzScript done. You write the 1st and 3rd person messaging. The custom abilities are like cantrips or illusions. They do not cause permanent things to happen. They shouldn't cause forced actions or emotions to others either.
Changing the flares, padding, etc. on this item is subject to having the custom settings removed, unless the messaging is generic. If changed from ice flaring to fire flaring, custom messaging about ice would no long be appropriate. Padding, weighting, sighting, and defenders do not have default ambient messaging, but can have custom ones added and without the custom setting, they will never be ambient.
If you're unsure if you'll lose any of your custom settings, ask before getting any work done on this item that changes the flares, weighting, padding, etc. Wave messaging is the same for both 1st and 3rd person.

RUB: As you trace a pattern along the length of your red eahnor sarissa, a trail of ethereal crimson flames erupts in the wake. The bits of ghostly fire collide and combine as they flow along the weapon's head, growing into a small ball of flame that hovers briefly at the tip of the red eahnor sarissa before slowly fading away.
CLENCH: Ethereal crimson flames lick at your fingers as you clench your red eahnor sarissa, the heatless fire surrounding your hands in dancing balls of vibrant burning hues. It spirals up your arms, engulfing your torso before exploding from your back in flickering wings of flame. Stretching upward and outward, the wings flare brightly just before turning an ashy grey and disappearing completely.
WAVE: You brandish your red eahnor sarissa, creating a towering ethereal fire spout that spirals up from the weapon's head. The soft keening cry of a phoenix escapes the swirling flames as they darken and turn to ash before dissipating back into the sarissa.
