Meeting Schedule 03/12/2015 03:34 PM CDT

We have adopted a bi-weekly meeting schedule for the time being and as we intend to serve the Elven Nations, will alternate between towns. Meeting locations TBD.

Monday, 3/23, 9:30pm - Ta'Illistim
Monday, 4/6, 9:30pm - Ta'Vaalor
Monday, 4/20, 9:30pm - Ta'Illistim
Monday, 5/4, 9:30pm - Ta'Vaalor

The 3/23 meeting in Ta'Illistim will be held at the Library Aies in the Hall of Lore. Escorts will be on hand if needed. In an effort to showcase various points of interest within the Elven Nations, we will be selecting meeting spots that may not be traversed often.

Reminder: Tonight, I'niasa en'Cala'Quessir will be meeting in Ta'Illistim at the Library Aies within the Hall of Lore. Those interested in attending are welcome to join us at the Dais or meet us when we proceed to the designated meeting spot. Tonight's agenda will cover upcoming events as well as various other topics. We hope to see everyone there.

Posted this in the Ta'Vaalor folder, but is should be here instead....Since I'm in college Monday nights, would it be possible to get meeting minutes or at least a summary posted here so I can still keep in the know?

Certainly, all meeting minutes will be posted here, just haven't had the chance since I had to run to Landing last night. We're also discussing meeting nights that would be more open for people to attend. Scheduling is a tricky thing to master.

oh no worries, I understand all too well how tricky scheduling can be. My only day/night I can't attend is Monday nights, but if that is the most convenient night for everyone else, I'll be happy with the minutes and will just look forward to attending the events I can make it to.

After some discussion with the officers, as well members/parties interested in joining, we have decided to move the biweekly meetings to Sunday evening. While this coming Sunday, 4/5, would then be our next meeting, as it is Easter Sunday, we are going to start this new schedule on the following Sunday, 4/12/15. Hopefully this will open up the opportunity for others to join in.

New meeting schedule:

4/12/15 - Ta'Vaalor, location TBA
4/26/15 - Ta'Illistim, location TBA
5/10/15 - Ta'Vaalor, location TBA

So our meeting is supposed to be tonight at 8pm and silly me, I spaced on the fact that it was Spitfire week... that being said, we're still going to hold the meeting so as not to postpone any longer and continue on schedule, HOWEVER... it will be a rather shortened meeting with an endtime goal of 8:30pm. If members would be willing to email my play.net (ltlprprincess@play.net) their email addresses, I'll see about putting together a group as well as an email newsletter to get out so we can all be on the same page. Thank you.

Sunday's meeting will be held at the Moonglae Inn in Ta'Illstim, in the rooftop garden, at 8pm. Tell a friend, bring a friend.

I know I posted in the Alliance forum with tonight's meeting schedule and I do want to apologize as I was held up at work later than I expected to be with no way to reach out and post about my tardiness. I had hoped that 8pm would be feasible, but whenever I close on Sundays, there will be a chance that I'll be late. To that end, we're going to push it to 9pm to cover possible delays. Please let me know if this will work for everyone. Thank you!

As tonight the memorial for Zzentar's player will be held in the Landing at the same time as the proposed meeting time, Fealoke and I have decided to postpone the meeting until tomorrow evening at the same time. The reason is because I personally wish to attend because Zzentar was a great person, in game and out, and I considered him a good friend. I encourage any who wish to attend to do so to pay respects and look forward to meeting with everyone tomorrow night.
